I snuck (why is the spell checker telling me that's wrong) into the PET scan control room. They didn't let me see the actual scan coming up on the display, but I got to watch you stay very still in an awkward position for the duration. You did well, with an occasional cough-twitch. Someday you gotta believe healthcare is going to be more humanizing. I guess the room is sanitary (better than the middle-ages), but the big, cold, buzzing, humming room is so unnatural/non-comforting. Although the faux-window-to-the-sky light covers are a good attempt.
you surprised me when we were done, when you came out to get me. I didn't even know you were in there. i love it when you are with me during my tests. Makes me feel much stronger. I love you.
